1. How do I return a product?

    A. Simple just contact us through the chat or call us at the number above  and we will take care of it for you. Email is also an available option at  Support@shopclassicfitness.com

2. Is shipping free?

     A. Yes, You will never have to pay for shipping through our site.

3. Do we have to pay sales tax?

     A. No. not one cent.

4.  If I buy from  country outside the United States is the currency converted?

     A. Yes, it is automatically converted once the order is placed.

5.  How do I apply a discount?

      A. Most of the time it is applied automatically at check out, but if a code is needed you must enter it in the coupon code box.

6.  How do I track an order?

       A. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the item has shipped. Just simply type that number in the track an order box found on the track an order page on the top of the home page.

7. What can I do if I lose my tracking number?

    Simply contact us with your full name and email address and we will resend you the tracking number

8. What do I do if I have a problem with my product or the product is damaged and I need to get a refund or exchange.

  Email us at Support@shopclassicfitness.com with a photo of the damaged product and a description of the issue and will we reimburse you or replace it free of charge.
